Movers (9 volunteers) - Strenuous Duty Work
- Raise tents, move boxes of books from Community Center Basement,
move boxes of books and rolling carts from library, place
book boxes on tables, help book organizers when they arrive
at 9 AM. We need 2 of the volunteers to have pick-up trucks.
Cashier
(1 volunteer) - Monitor books while setup staff is away
from booth collecting more books, accept payments from early
bird shoppers.

Organizers (6 volunteers) - Organize books in boxes, face
spine up, organize by author or category where possible.

(3 volunteers) - Accept payments and bag sold books.
Membership
(2 volunteers) - Solicit new Friends of Smyrna Library
memberships from shoppers and promote 75th Anniversary book
bag sales.
Book
Organizers (2 volunteers) - Consolidate book boxes as
the inventory is sold. Organize books by author or category
where possible. Break
down empty boxes.
